Shield Of Arrav
Starting Point: Varrock castle library
Description: Varrockian literature tells of a valuable shield, stolen long ago from the museum of Varrock, by a gang of professional thieves. See if you can track down this shield and return it to the museum. You will need a friend to help you complete this quest.
Requirements: 20-40 coins and a friend (or just some random person off the street)
Difficulty: Easy combat 5+
Items Needed: None
Reward: 600 gold coins each and 1 quest point.
To begin the quest you and your friend will have to talk to Reldo in the Varrock library and then search the bookcases to find a book called the shield of Arrav read it and return to Reldo
Now the lower level person can talk to the fur trader outside the main castle and pay him to tell you about the Phoenix Gang.
The other person will have to talk to the tramp near the south entrance of Varrock
Both people have to follow the instructions giving (person who talked to fur trader go to the ! marker in the south of Varrock and the tramp talker go down the alley that the tramp is guarding.)
Phoenix- Go to the bar just outside the area you had to go into and kill Johnny the Beard and he drops a scroll (not a clue scroll so don't get excited) now go back to the gang leader and he will give you a key to give to your friend.
Black arm- Take the key from the phoenix member and walk down past the area to a locked door with stairs in the room behind it, go in and up, kill the weapons master and take two phoenix crossbows
Both of the players go to your gang HQ and get the shield piece for the phoenix search all the chests in the gang HQ and for the black arm go upstairs and search the closet, now give both the pieces to one player and talk to the museum director and he will give you two certificates
Each player take one of them and go to the king of Varrock and he will give you your reward.
Note: You will need the gang again in the heros quest but not the same person so just a hint, to keep it easy keep in touch :)
